Review of Iba 2023

The organiser looks back on a successful trade fair for bakery, confectionery and snacks in Munich in 2023: 1,073 exhibitors from 46 countries were represented in ten halls and showcased their product diversity. 57,000 visitors from 150 countries came to find out about the latest trends over five days. The leading trade fair therefore offered plenty of content for the entire baking industry.  The exhibitors at Iba presented visitors with the entire spectrum of digitalisation, from specific practical examples that can already be implemented in shops today to options for the future. "From vision to realisation: our aim was to offer 'digitalisation you can touch'. We ensured this through the focus topic and product range, but also through the new area: our Iba Digitalisation Area, where the topic could be experienced," says Susann Seidemann, Head of Iba.
